The wood woman

The work is configured as an installation created with mechanic material found in Zalaegesterzeg. I try to analyse how objects cataloged as waste can instead be tha narration of the memory of a city. This thought is closely linked to the feminism theme that pursue in my work, that is the criticism of that common thought that identifies the body that is outside the canons of beauty as a waste. This critique has its roots in the kind of advanced capitalism that makes our bodies a pure baragaining chip. The work is therefore a critique of the king of standardized thinking that society tries to build on our skin.
The installation also includes a performative act in which I become an object that society has thrown away and which is redevrloped through the act of artistic creation.
